Laws and Regulations Reflect the Actions of the Government
The Morgan Law Firm is active with initiatives to improve intellectual property law in the United States. Ms. Morgan has been involved in Patent Reform through several intellectual property organizations, particularly the American Intellectual Property Law Association (AIPLA) where she serves on the board of directors, and the Intellectual Property Owners Association (IPO). Ms. Morgan also has been active with anti-counterfeiting legislation through the International Trademark Association and AIPLA as well as IPO.
