• Ms. Morgan's Philadelphia-based practice focuses on mediation and arbitration of intellectual property and employment matters. She has handled more than 100 mediation matters as the mediator or party representative.

• Ms. Morgan serves as panelist for the American Arbitration Association (AAA) where she serves on the Complex Commercial, Employment and Consumer Panels. She also is an Employment Panelist with National Arbitration and Mediation (NAM).

• Ms. Morgan was invited to join the peer-reviewed International Institute for Conflict Prevention and Resolution where she is a member of the Technology Panel, Employment Panel, Entertainment Panel, and Trademark Panel.

• Ms. Morgan has been a member of the International Trademark Association's Panel of Mediators since 2009.

• Ms. Morgan is a mediator for the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO).

• Ms. Morgan also serves as Public Arbitrator and Panel Chair for the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), where she handles employment as well as securities matters.

• Ms. Morgan is a member Pennsylvania Council of Mediators.

• Ms. Morgan serves as chair of AIPLA's ADR Committee and is among its roster of arbitrators and mediators.
